With vast experience in the field, Ivan’s expertise is a valuable asset to the team. While his educational background includes studies in electrical engineering, Ivan has refined his skills through hands-on work and practical knowledge. Known for his proficiency in wire processing, termination equipment, and WHMA standards, Ivan is admired for his exceptional problem-solving abilities and his genuine curiosity about technology.

Drawing on his industry experience, Ivan became part of MTI in 2022 as the Maintenance Technician. He values the collaborative environment, teamwork, and the shared commitment to innovative solutions that characterizes the culture at MTI.
