Michael Radcliffe

Michael has been an integral part of the Multi-Tek team since 2010, joining the company after relocating to Oregon from Pennsylvania. In his current role, Michael handles order entry, customer service, and quoting with precision and dedication. He finds fulfillment in assisting customers by providing accurate and timely communication to inquiries and challenges that arise daily. In fact, it is his prompt and solution-oriented customer responses that not only set him apart within the company, but distinguish him from the industry standard as well. Michael recognizes the dynamic nature of MTI, likening it to the ever-evolving field of technology, where opportunities for learning and growth abound. As a member of the sales team, Michael seizes this dynamic environment to strengthen and emphasize his commitment to excellence, evident in his diligent work ethic and concentrated attention to detail.

With a background spanning from 1990 to 2004 in the Audio Video industry, Michael obtained certification as a Certified Technical Specialist (CTS). Noteworthy projects include his significant involvement in the assembly, installation, and testing of audio-visual systems at prominent venues like Citizens Bank Park and Lincoln Financial Field, home to the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Prior to his career in the Audio Video industry, Michael enjoyed a successful occupation as a professional musician, performing, recording, and touring globally with renowned artists. To this day, Michael remains engaged in music, indulging in composing, recording, and collaborating with musicians both in the US and abroad. In other words, Michael is instrumental to the MTI team during the week and literally an instrumentalist outside of work.
