Perry Young

As the head of MTI’s Testing Department, Perry contributes a high level of integrity and expertise to the team. With an associate’s degree in photo repair and nearly 40 years in the camera repair industry, Perry’s expertise is unparalleled. He embodies qualities of honesty, collaboration, and flexibility, which he utilizes to improve team synergy at MTI.

Perry was recommended for his role within the company in 2019 due to his background of precise focus and scrutiny for details. Perry values the transparent communication at MTI, indorsing a participative environment where all team members, from upper management to entry-level production, come together to achieve common goals.

Away from MTI, Perry’s interests span from woodworking to exploring various painting techniques like oil, acrylic and watercolor. Although, he may collect more paintbrushes than he actually uses. Perry and his wife share a love for motorsports and are currently involved in breeding Yorkies.
